Had a great time at the dd:Impact after party then came home to these delicious chocolate chip cookies with a brownie center from my Tumblr Eat Up buddy Historic Feathers! Thank you so much, I’ve been snacking on them nonstop :)

Got some goodies from my Tumblr Eat Up buddy today. No worries about the tardiness, they came at the perfect time—happy birthday to me. Sarah sent some white chocolate snickerdoodles and espresso chocolate chip shortbread along with a couple of my favorite childhood candies. You’ll have to excuse the rushed pictures as I couldn’t wait to get my hands on the treats. She suggested the shortbread as an afternoon snack which I easily complied with. And a snickerdoodle. Like two seconds after opening the box. Hey, quality assurance, right? Assured. These are fantastic, thank you so much, Sarah! Also, I really appreciate the recipes, I’ll certainly be making these in the future.

After kind of an icky day, I came home to this bounty of peanut butter caramel brownies, rice krispie treats, and blondies with pecans and chocolate from my fab Tumblr Eat Up buddy, kathrynfarwell.

I was a little sad to send off the rice krispie treats I made for my buddy, so imagine my delight at getting my own! Tosh got to the brownies first. He put one on a plate and when I turned to ask him how it was, the plate was empty. Nuff said. And those blondies…no words. I am not sharing. Thanks so much!!

My Tumblr Eat Up Package showed up today! From miss Lauren!

Not only was she super sweet and sent me handmade accessories for my birthday, but she also sent 3 types of goodies!!

I got some Oreo balls (uhm, these were sort of all melted together BUT SO GOOD), pumpkin chocolate chip cookies (amazing!) and Fantasy Fudge (haven’t tried this one yet!)

Thank you SO MUCH! These treats are fantastic and thank you so much for the little birthday gift :)

The lovely Marie did an AMAZING job with my treats, I am just blown away.

I’m unable to take pictures because I can’t find the cord for my camera and my phone is currently submerged in rice because she went for a swim in the passenger seat of the rental car last night. I pulled the cooler from in between the seats and made a lovely bath for my phone.

Marie made treats for Sam and Guinness and 2 kinds of cupcakes AND included an adorable list pad! And I LOVE list pads!

I am so excited for the next round, because now I have great ideas for how to package and prepare what I send. I did an awkward job at best with my package.

So yesterday when I got home from my weekend at my parents’ house I was super psyched to see that my tumblr eat up package had gotten here on Saturday! The lovely Anna sent me HOMEMADE oatmeal cookie whoopie pies and they are fan-freakin’-tastic. She was also awesome and nice enough to send me the recipe and write a kickass letter to go with it. You suckas only get to see the front of the recipe card. While my waistline might suffer, I guarantee my taste buds are in heaven right now!

Ahhh my Tumblr Eat Up treats came in the mail! I found the package in my parents room (hmmm… trying to steal my goodies away from me, I see…) and according to my mom, they could have come in on Saturday. But I just now found it and I want to send a HUGE thank you Erillebe! She wrote the sweetest card. She is clearly a haiku master, and now the baker of absolutely delicious vegan treats! She sent me these yummy little puffs of snickerdoodle cookies, and they were to die for. So fluffy, ~~moist~~ and sugar-y! Also, she sent along some amazing sounding Wild Cherry tea which I cannot WAIT to try! Thank you so much for the delicious treats, adorable card, and the tea I’m about to break into :)

i was worried that my package would come while i was in DC and Chris would eat everything while i was gone, but Conley timed the delivery perfectly :) she sent these incredible ooey gooey peanut buttery s’mores peanut butter cups and chocolate chip cookies. all vegan, all delicious.

along with the treats, she sent me the nicest letter. i really, really appreciate it and this was the perfect thing to come home to on a typical Monday. thank you, Conley!
