Got some goodies from my Tumblr Eat Up buddy today. No worries about the tardiness, they came at the perfect time—happy birthday to me. Sarah sent some white chocolate snickerdoodles and espresso chocolate chip shortbread along with a couple of my favorite childhood candies. You’ll have to excuse the rushed pictures as I couldn’t wait to get my hands on the treats. She suggested the shortbread as an afternoon snack which I easily complied with. And a snickerdoodle. Like two seconds after opening the box. Hey, quality assurance, right? Assured. These are fantastic, thank you so much, Sarah! Also, I really appreciate the recipes, I’ll certainly be making these in the future.

My Tumblr Eat Up treats arrived over the weekend and they are amazing! The boy and I had quite a go at them before I was able to get a picture taken.

Oatmeal Butterscotch Bars and No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Oat Balls. I love oats!

After kind of an icky day, I came home to this bounty of peanut butter caramel brownies, rice krispie treats, and blondies with pecans and chocolate from my fab Tumblr Eat Up buddy, kathrynfarwell.

I was a little sad to send off the rice krispie treats I made for my buddy, so imagine my delight at getting my own! Tosh got to the brownies first. He put one on a plate and when I turned to ask him how it was, the plate was empty. Nuff said. And those blondies…no words. I am not sharing. Thanks so much!!

My Tumblr Eat Up Package showed up today! From miss Lauren! 

Not only was she super sweet and sent me handmade accessories for my birthday, but she also sent 3 types of goodies!!

I got some Oreo balls (uhm, these were sort of all melted together BUT SO GOOD), pumpkin chocolate chip cookies (amazing!) and Fantasy Fudge (haven’t tried this one yet!)

Thank you SO MUCH! These treats are fantastic and thank you so much for the little birthday gift :)

Oh my goodness. My tumblr eat up package came in the mail today and holy freakin’ cow. Not only did I get a super sweet card, but I also got some AMAZING banana bread with chocolate chips! (Also, the cats really enjoyed the ribbon.)  :D  Thank you so much, Kelly!

The lovely Marie did an AMAZING job with my treats, I am just blown away.

I’m unable to take pictures because I can’t find the cord for my camera and my phone is currently submerged in rice because she went for a swim in the passenger seat of the rental car last night. I pulled the cooler from in between the seats and made a lovely bath for my phone.

Marie made treats for Sam and Guinness and 2 kinds of cupcakes AND included an adorable list pad! And I LOVE list pads!

I am so excited for the next round, because now I have great ideas for how to package and prepare what I send. I did an awkward job at best with my package.
